Need a small batch of custom patches? You do not have to order hundreds. Many of our patch styles start from 5 or 10 pieces, and some start from a single piece, so you can test a design, make a few gifts or kit out a small team without overspending.

Why most patch makers have a minimum
Every custom patch needs setup before production: the design is digitised for embroidery, or a mould is made for PVC and silicone. That setup costs the same for 5 patches as for 500, so small orders cost more per piece. The price per patch drops as the quantity goes up, and you can see every quantity break in the price table on each product page.
Get the most from a small order
- Keep the design simple and the size modest, as size drives the price.
- Choose the standard production schedule, which has no rush charge.
- Order a few extra for future staff, members or replacements, because a reorder of the same design is quicker to approve.

Choose a small size, a simple design and the standard production schedule. The price per patch also drops as you order more.
Why do small orders cost more per patch?
Setup work such as digitising or mould making costs the same for any quantity, so it is spread over fewer patches.
Can I reorder later?
Yes. Contact us with your order number and we can make the same design again.
