Personalisation & Artwork Policy

Artwork rights

Supply only logos, images, trademarks, text and designs you have the right to use. By sending artwork, you give us and the production partners needed for your order permission to reproduce it for that order.

Files and preparation

The product page lists the upload formats available for that item. If your file format cannot be uploaded, choose a send-later option where offered or contact us. Artwork may need preparation before it can be printed, woven or embroidered. We will explain any additional digitising or setup charge before you accept an order at that price.

Colour and physical variation

Screen colours can differ from thread, ink and finished materials. Tell us before approving a proof if you need a particular brand colour or production method. Small variations inherent to materials and production may occur, but we remain responsible for making goods that match the agreed specification within any reasonable, disclosed tolerance.

Proof approval

If we provide a proof, check spelling, artwork, dimensions, colours, position and quantity before approving it. We may begin production after approval. Changes you request after approval may change the price or delivery estimate; we will seek your agreement before making a material change. We remain responsible for production errors and goods that do not match the approved specification.

Unlawful or infringing content

We may refuse artwork we reasonably believe infringes another person’s rights or is unlawful, deceptive, threatening or otherwise inappropriate. This does not amount to a legal determination of who owns the artwork.

See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the distinction between standard and genuinely personalised goods and for your rights if something is faulty.
