Most designs can be made. If a detail is too small or thin for this method, we will adjust it and show you the change on your proof before production starts.
Which artwork files can I send?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) reproduce best. High resolution PNG or JPG files also work.
What if my artwork is not ready yet?
Choose Email later and send your artwork after you order, or choose Get design help and tell us your idea. Production only starts once you approve the artwork.
Do I see a proof first?
Yes. A digital proof is sent for you to check. A photo sample is available for orders of 300 or more.
Can I see a real sample before production?
Yes, for orders of 300 pieces or more. You can ask for a photo of your actual item before we make the full order. The extra cost is shown next to the option.
How long does production take?
You choose this at the last step. The standard option is ready to ship in 15 working days at no extra cost. Faster options from 9 working days cost more, and a slower option costs less. The date shown is when your order is ready to ship, not when it arrives.
