Each price break in the table sets the price per piece. The more you order, the lower the price per piece. Orders under 100 pieces are charged at the 100 piece rate.
Are there any design limits?
Most designs can be made. If a detail is too small or thin for this method, we will adjust it and show you the change on your proof before production starts.
Which artwork files can I send?
AI, EPS, PSD, SVG or PDF give the best result. JPG, PNG, WEBP and GIF also work. Files can be up to 50 MB, or you can email your artwork later.
What if my artwork is not ready yet?
Choose Email later and send your artwork after you order, or choose Get design help and tell us your idea. Production only starts once you approve the artwork.
Do I see a proof first?
Yes. A digital proof is sent for you to check. You can also add a photo sample of the real patch.
Can I see my patch before mass production?
Yes. Choose the photo sample option and we send you a photo of your actual patch to approve before we make the full order. Otherwise we send a free digital proof.
How long does production take?
You choose this at the last step. The standard option is ready to ship in 20 working days at no extra cost. Faster options from 14 working days cost more, and a slower option costs less. The date shown is when your order is ready to ship, not when it arrives.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free to UK addresses.
