Can I upload my own artwork?
Yes. Use the upload field on a configurable product or select the send-later method when it is available.
Which artwork formats are accepted?
AI, EPS, and PDF vector files are preferred. High-resolution PNG, JPG, and WebP files can also be reviewed.
How is the estimate calculated?
Your estimate depends on patch size, quantity, selected options and production schedule. Review your configuration and any delivery charge before placing your order.
Is there a minimum quantity?
Each product shows its current minimum in the configurator. Quote-only products are reviewed individually.
When does production begin?
Production begins after required order checks and proof approval are complete.
Does the production date include delivery?
A date labelled Ready to ship is an estimated dispatch date, not an arrival date. Production and delivery estimates depend on your product, artwork approval, destination and selected service. Tell us about any essential deadline before ordering so we can confirm whether it can be met.
