Custom morale patches are the fun, personal patches worn on tactical gear, range bags, plate carriers, caps and backpacks. They show a team name, a call sign, an inside joke or an event, and they usually attach with Velcro so they can be swapped at any time.

Backing
Most morale patches use Velcro backing. Choose single Velcro (hook side) if your gear already has a loop panel, or double Velcro to get both sides. PVC and embroidered patches can also be made with sew on or iron on backing.

Bold shapes, thick outlines and a few strong colours read best at morale patch sizes, which are usually 2 to 4 inches. Very small text can fill in, so keep lettering simple.
