Custom Velcro Patches
Custom Velcro patches attach with hook and loop, so you can take them off, swap them and put them back as often as you like. They are the standard for uniforms, tactical gear, backpacks, plate carriers, caps with a loop panel and team kit where patches change between events.
Single or double Velcro
- Single Velcro (hook side): the hook side is sewn onto the back of the patch. Choose this if your garment or bag already has a loop panel.
- Double Velcro (hook and loop): you get both sides. Sew the loop piece onto your garment once, then press the patch on and off whenever you want.
Patch styles with Velcro backing
- PVC patches: tough, waterproof and the most popular choice for tactical and morale patches. From 5 pieces.
- Rubber patches: soft touch rubber with raised detail. From 5 pieces.
- Embroidered patches: the classic stitched badge for uniforms and clubs. From 10 pieces.
- Woven patches: fine detail and small text on a thin, flat patch.
- Printed patches: full colour artwork and photos.
- Leather patches: a premium finish for bags and caps.
- Chenille patches: varsity style lettering and mascots.
Why choose Velcro
Velcro gives you a secure hold that still comes off cleanly. It suits name tapes, rank and unit badges, event patches, flags and seasonal designs. It also lets one jacket or bag carry different patches for different jobs, and you can move a patch to a new garment without unpicking stitches.
Looking after Velcro patches
Close the hook and loop before washing so the hooks do not catch other clothes, and keep the hooks clear of lint. Each Velcro patch is packed in its own polybag to protect the hooks in transit.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between single and double Velcro?
Single Velcro has only the hook side sewn to the patch, for garments that already have a loop panel. Double Velcro also includes the matching loop piece for you to sew onto your item.
Are Velcro patches strong enough for tactical gear?
Yes. Hook and loop is the standard fastening on tactical and uniform gear, and PVC Velcro patches hold up well outdoors.
Can I wash Velcro patches?
Yes. Close the hook and loop before washing, use a cool cycle and avoid tumble drying.
Which Velcro patch is best for morale patches?
PVC is the most popular because it is waterproof, durable and keeps raised detail sharp. Embroidered is the classic alternative.
What is the minimum order?
From 5 pieces for PVC and rubber, and from 10 for embroidered and woven patches.
