Genuine customer feedback

We do not write, buy or commission fake reviews. Customers may share their genuine experiences, including criticism. We do not remove a genuine negative review simply because it is negative.

Verified purchases and incentives

We use a “verified purchase” or similar label only when we have matched the review to a purchase. If a reviewer received a discount, free item, payment or another benefit in return for a review, we disclose that connection clearly. A benefit never requires a positive review.

How we moderate reviews

We may reject or remove a review that is fake, fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, spam, infringes another person’s rights or reveals someone else’s personal information. We may check order records and patterns that suggest manipulation. If we identify misleading reviews or ratings, we will correct the affected presentation.

Testimonials
