How this website uses cookies
Cookies and similar browser storage can keep a basket working, maintain a checkout session, recognise a signed-in account and protect forms from abuse. We use the technologies needed for these requested functions. See our Privacy Policy for how personal information is handled.
Cookies you may see
- WooCommerce basket and checkout:
woocommerce_items_in_cart,woocommerce_cart_hashandwp_woocommerce_session_*may appear when you use the shop. They maintain basket contents and the checkout session. - WordPress account: sign-in and account-preference cookies such as
wordpress_logged_in_*,wordpress_sec_*andwp-settings-*may appear if you sign in. They support authentication and your requested account settings. - Basket browser storage: WooCommerce may use browser storage such as
storeApiCartDataandstoreApiNoncewhile you use the cart and checkout. - Chat: if you send a chat message or file,
commerce-agent-threadis saved in browser storage so you can continue that conversation on another page. Viewing the site alone does not create this identifier. - Security: a short-lived
__cf_bmcookie may be set by Cloudflare on a service used by our email signup form to distinguish automated traffic. Security logs and similar safeguards help protect the site.
The exact set depends on the pages and features you use. Basket and sign-in cookies are not placed merely because you read an information page. Browser settings can delete or block cookies, but blocking essential cookies may prevent basket or account features from working.
Analytics and advertising
We have disabled WooCommerce order-attribution cookies and do not currently use optional analytics or advertising cookies on the storefront. If we introduce technology that requires consent, we will provide a choice before it is used and a way to change that choice later.
